UdyogFlow started in a knit garment factory outside Tirupur, watching a 28-year-old merchandiser chase six WhatsApp groups every morning to figure out how much got stitched the day before. She had three buyers waiting on samples and one shipment already a week late.
We tried every off-the-shelf ERP. Tally was an accounting tool, not a factory tool. SAP and Oracle were six-figure projects with one-year rollouts. Most "garment ERPs" were Excel with a fresh coat of paint. None of them met the supervisors where they already worked — on WhatsApp.
So we built UdyogFlow. End-to-end manufacturing for Indian factories. The web app for owners, merchandisers and accounts. WhatsApp + AI for supervisors and operators. Email for buyers and vendors. One source of truth.
Our mission is simple: make Indian factories as efficient as the best in the world. India runs on these factories. They deserve software that runs as hard as they do.
