Can buyers actually open these auto-generated invoices in their email systems?
Yes — they're standard PDF attachments on standard SMTP email, sent through a DKIM-verified domain. Buyers open them in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or anything else, no special viewer. The PDF is GST + export compliant, indexed and searchable. No proprietary format, no portal login required.
Will the PDFs be GST-compliant with HSN, FOB, CIF terms?
Yes. GST tax invoices carry HSN, place of supply, tax breakup and IRP IRN where applicable. Export invoices carry FOB / CIF / CFR / EXW Incoterms, port of loading and currency lock. Packing lists carry carton-level size breakups. Every PDF is buyer-shareable in two clicks from the order screen.
Can vendors reply to a PO and have the reply auto-attach to the order?
Yes. Outbound emails carry a hidden message-ID tied to the order. Replies from vendors and buyers — even if forwarded or replied days later — land on the right order's timeline. No more "where's that email" or hunting through Outlook folders. Attachments thread automatically too.
Does the email integration work with our existing Gmail / Outlook / Office 365?
Yes. UdyogFlow sends from your verified domain via a transactional provider. Your inbox is unchanged — you still use Gmail / Outlook / Office 365 the way you always did. UdyogFlow handles outbound on the factory side and inbound threading; your team's day-to-day email isn't affected.
Will email deliverability be good — won't these end up in spam?
Inbox rates are high because we send from your DKIM-verified domain, with SPF and DMARC aligned, through a transactional provider. We don't send marketing email. Every email is triggered by a specific order action with a known recipient. Spam complaints are essentially zero in pilot factories.
Is the buyer-facing email branded with our factory's logo and details?
Yes. Email templates carry your factory's logo, name, address, GSTIN and signature block. PDFs match — your branding on the header, your buyer's PO reference on the body. We don't co-brand UdyogFlow on outbound buyer email; it looks like it came from you, because it did.
Can we keep email and WhatsApp channels in sync for the same buyer?
Yes. Each buyer has a preferred channel (email, WhatsApp, or both) on their record. The same dispatch can fire on both. Replies from either channel land on the same order timeline so your merchandiser sees everything in one place — no jumping between Inbox and Chats.
