No. Pricing is scaled to factory size and plan tier, not per active user. Each plan has a generous user limit; if you exceed it, you can upgrade tiers or add user packs. We avoid the per-seat model on principle — it punishes growing teams.
Yes — founder-led implementation is included on every plan. Starter is typically live in 1–2 weeks, Growth in 2–3 weeks, Scale in 3–4 weeks. We don't use third-party implementation partners; the people who designed the product roll it out at your factory.
Yes. We import item master, vendor master, buyer master, BOMs, opening balances and chart of accounts from Tally (XML), Zoho Books (API), BUSY (CSV), Marg (CSV) and Excel. Most factories complete master-data import in 2–3 days at the start of implementation.
