Every AI answer shows its source rows — the orders, invoices, stock records it pulled from. If the answer looks off, click through to the source and verify against the underlying data. If the AI got it wrong, the underlying data is still authoritative. We track AI accuracy and improve continuously.

No. Multi-tenant isolation is strict — every AI query is scoped to your tenant at the database query layer, before the answer is generated. There is no cross-tenant fallback, no shared embedding store across tenants, no "improve by learning from other factories." Your data is yours alone.
