WhatsApp integration
Run production over WhatsApp. We mean it.
Your supervisors already use WhatsApp. We turn those messages into structured production data — without retraining anyone.
Send a message
Supervisor types: "ORD-001 stitching 200". Vendor types: "PO-2026-018 dispatched, sending invoice".
AI parses it
We map the message to an order, an operation, a quantity, an actor — and validate against your live data.
It lands in the system
Production records, GRNs, dispatch confirmations, payment receipts — all updated, with the chat as audit trail.
Real conversations
What it actually looks like.
Setup
Live in 1 day.
- 1. Connect WhatsApp Business API. We use the official API — no scraping, no risk to your number.
- 2. Map operators. Each WhatsApp number is mapped to a supervisor / line / vendor in UdyogFlow.
- 3. Done. Send a test message and watch it appear on the production board.
Privacy
Business numbers only.
We only listen to messages on dedicated UdyogFlow business numbers — never personal chats, never group archives. Every parsed message is logged with the original text and shown on the order timeline so you can verify.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will my supervisors actually use WhatsApp to report production?
That's the whole point — they already use WhatsApp. There's no new app, no login, no training. The supervisor just sends a message to the UdyogFlow business number the same way they message anyone else. In pilot factories, adoption hits ~95% within the first week because we're meeting them where they already work.
Do I need a special WhatsApp Business account?
Yes — one dedicated WhatsApp Business API number per factory. We help you set it up in a day. This isn't your personal number; it's a business identity for UdyogFlow's parser. Supervisors message that number from their personal phones, exactly the way they message a buyer or vendor today.
What about supervisors who type in Hindi or Hinglish?
Supported. The parser understands Hindi, Hinglish (Roman-script Hindi), Tamil, Punjabi and Gujarati for the common production phrases. "ORD-001 stitching 200" and "ORD-001 mein 200 stitch ho gaya" both work. Voice messages get transcribed automatically before parsing, so supervisors can speak instead of type.
Can buyers and vendors also receive PDFs over WhatsApp?
Yes. POs, PIs, invoices, packing lists, BLs and dispatch confirmations are sent as WhatsApp messages with the official PDF attached. Buyers reply on WhatsApp; replies thread back to the right order. Many vendors and smaller buyers prefer WhatsApp to email — it's faster to read and harder to ignore.
Is my factory's WhatsApp conversation private?
Yes. UdyogFlow only reads messages sent to the dedicated business number you set up. We never touch personal chats or group archives. Every parsed message is logged with the original text on the order timeline so you can audit it. We use the official WhatsApp Business API — no scraping, no risk to your number.
What happens if the AI misreads a supervisor's message?
Every parsed message is logged with the original text, the order it was attached to, and the operator who sent it. If the parse looks wrong, your merchandiser can edit it on the production board with one click — the original WhatsApp message stays as an audit trail. The AI also asks for confirmation on ambiguous messages.
How long does WhatsApp setup take?
One day. We connect the WhatsApp Business API to your dedicated number, map each supervisor's phone to a line or operator in UdyogFlow, send a test message, and verify it lands on the production board. After that the factory uses it like they were always using it — no rollout phase needed.
